TREKKING + VIVAC EN SIERRA DE GUADARRAMA

Acompáñanos en un Trekking de 3 días de duración, recorriendo parte del Gran Trail de Peñalara en semi- autosuficiencia, durmiendo en Vivacs en plena Naturaleza o albergues (sí las condiciones meteorológicas se complican). Con vehículo de apoyo para transportar parte de los víveres.

Recorreremos gran parte del Parque Nacional de la Sierra de Guadarrama, progresando por cumbres como la del Peñalara, la Maliciosa, la Bola del Mundo y el Reventón. Interpretaremos el entorno Glaciar de las lagunas y circo de Peñalara. Afinaremos nuestra orientación y la interpretación de los relieves en el valle de Lozoya, la Sierra de Camorritos, la Pedriza y en los Montes de Valsaín.

Una experiencia inolvidable que sorprenderá a much@s por la gran riqueza de la fauna y flora de lugares mágicos y a la vez tan cercanos a la Capital.

Salida desde la Granja de San Idelfonso y final en El Yelmo (La Pedriza).

MATERIAL NECESARIO

• Mochila cómoda de 30 litros aprox. (Muy recomendable un peso total de 6-7 kg máximo)

• Pantalones largos para caminar

• Calzado de montaña cómodo (Botas)

• Ropa de abrigo. Tipo forro polar / Primaloft

• Impermeable tipo Gore Tex

• Recomendable unos pantalones impermeables

• 1 muda completa

• Sombrero o gorra

REQUISITOS

• Material adecuado de montañismo según estación

• Es necesaria una condición física aceptable y estar habituado a caminar por montaña jornadas de 8 horas

• Respetar el trabajo de guía, profesional que siempre vela por llegar a buen puerto y por la seguridad del grupo

• NO DEBE VIAJAR si tiene síntomas compatibles con COVID-19 (fiebre, tos, dificultad respiratoria) de inicio reciente, si ha sido diagnosticado de COVID-19 en los últimos 14 días o si ha tenido contacto estrecho con un caso confirmado de COVID-19 en las dos últimas semanas
